most people don't notice them, i'm so annoyed! have been trying to find out what it is... maybe something like The Mosquito in the UK haha

Well, I heard that too but only at train stations not subway (is that a Yamanote intersection?). No one can tell me why, even my japanese friends...

Well, I heard that too but only in train station (ie. Yamanote line for example) and NOT in subway stations... No one can tell me why (even my japanese friends).
