@BaybeeLouise95 The truth is the the ROOT CAUSE of depression (and the cure) is NOT medication. Depression is caused by 1. Having a weak personal boundary, which means that you CHOOSE to ALLOW every negative thing that people say to you right into ou and effect you deeply (instead of thinking, they are an idiot). This ties into choosing to have an INTERNAL locus of control- don't care what anyone else thinks of you! You ARE NOT HELPLESS and CAN take action to change your life with decisions!
