Okay, I know what is your problem.

You should do boosts, for that, press L1 or R1 for start the slide, and for boost, press the other touch (R1 or L1).

You can do 3 boosts per slide.

luca's tech is easy to get good times but you can't get great times .. for e.g.. i could get 38.00+37.40+37.40 easy many times.

but with amaraticando's tech it is harder to, but if you get it right you get great laps for e.g. 37.70+36.98+36.98. but you may only get this once.. But your right, amara'a tech is better but needs more practice, but is worth it. P.S make vid WR :) and 2st sub 36.xx on vid

MYSTERY CAVES

My SL 37:47 - It had two big errors in it. The first one was the horrible jump in my entrance into the tunnel, after the wonderful speed ghost. The second mistake was the final mid-air-powerslide. Unluckly, I missed it, so missed 0:10 seconds there.

Perfect SL is36:99.

A SL sub 37:50 is very hard. But sub 37 in a lap is so easy to me. I bet if I'd play CTR again, I would get sub 36:75 easy easy...

SL was very good, I like the way you downfall in the last ramp.

2nd lap was horrible, because you pressed R1 in the grass.

3rd lap was awesome, you made an awesome miniSC.

but why you take SC like you do, is faster the normal way. also you can carry SG(last jump) in 2nd lap till finish and keep sacred fire
