absolutely clear explained...but i'm questioning myself if today there's a change between the role of "capital" and "labor" in short-/long-run. meaning: in the short-run it's very easy to buy new machines or even to build a new factories, but if you need to hire (qualified and specialized) staff, you need quite time&effort to find this "human capital". just my thoughts...
