By taking the newest facts i guess the wartech of both countrys nearly equals. There are surely lots of semi/secret weapons on the field.

But a big difference is the soldiers mentality and endurance, especially during hardcore full spectrum warfares. My fathers who fought in russia (sorry against) always told me that russian soldiers had more endurance and will to fight than the germans in ww2. They needed less nutrition in extreme situations, and no hamburgers like the GI´s. My vote Russia 1:0
