This was part of the reason why Charlie & "Behind Closed Doors" & its singles (see my comments elsewhere) further moved country music beyond its rural roots, were the 1st to do anything to break barriers keeping the genre from becoming "cool" again after Elvis Presley inadverdently (or whatever the term's supposed to be) set them there, and helped pave the way for future changes to country along w/ the success & risk-taking of my other favorite artist Ronnie Milsap (who himself broke barriers).

Thank you for sharing!! I've only seen photos from this event, never the video in such good quality, so thanks a lot:):) I don't think Karen ever became overwhelmed by her fame anywhere. Just look at her joking and sending flirting looks here. Gotta love her!!
