Metal actually takes SKILL to play. You have to beable to play guitar and drums very fast and in time. Takes ungodly amounts of time (YEARS) to get good at an instrument.

+ You have to know how to write songs not just lyrics. You have to make riffs/grooves/solos etc.

With "Rap" all you have to do is sing about rims and fried chicken
