  • are you a driver

  • why are 4 tracks?

    is for trifase current suply?

  • @kdlehel

It certainly is. Two of the tracks are just the running tracks on which the trains wheels run. The other 2 are for the supply current. The one in between the running tracks is set at -210 Vdc, whilst the fourth rail on the outside of the running tracks is set at +420 Vdc. This gives a potential difference of 630 Vdc which tube trains run at

  • @bakerloobadboy very interesting. Thanks the answer. very interesting. grate movie.

  • Great stuff, I enjoy driving the tube trains on BVE but obviously they are a lot different to the real thing!

  • I wrote that because that video was reversed

  • This wasnt actually leaving was it?

It was going in to the depot.

  • What camera did you use, it makes videos look so much like you're actually there!

  • It was the standard camera in the nokia N95 mobile phone. Thank you for the kind words

  • what does SHUNT AHEAD mean ??

  • @gt4lukesz

It tells the driver that the depot shunting controller has set the track up for the correct destination and that the driver has permission to proceed into the depot
