  • Why don't they ever ask for a lawyer...not supporting these guys but you think after a couple episodes of CSI they'd learn a fucking thing or two...

  • @EndEverlyrics Lots of morons think they can get away with things that people far smarter than them failed to get away with. Ruthertard thought he could talk his way out of an evidence-laden sex crime charge the way Wesley Snipes thought he could not pay his taxes and stay out of prison. Idiocy and daring apparently run together.

  • how long did this guy get in jail?

  • 1-513-509-0922 Give him a call.

  • I'm going to google map this guys house 3:40

  • @punkwarlord He´s got a birthday coming up.Feb 14th

  • Same story Ted Bundy had. Some unknown power and I just kept driving. Next

  • talk about fantasizing about catholic school girls. this guy was right ther everyday

  • how nuts is that that over 18000 people now know the information necessary to apply for credit cards or loans or use his identity with everything that was said. And thats not including the embarrassment of being publicly humiliated for his alleged offense. If he knew his rights he wouldnt have to be on tv , he wouldnt of said anything til he had his lawyer and he might have a case to sue them for giving everyone in the world access to his personal information.

  • @drewdonham Well said.

  • @drewdonham He did know his rights. This isn't some idiot from the ghetto, he was a fucking teacher. He waived his rights.Btw, if he was smart he could change evrything they said here, of course if he was smart he wouldn't have waived his rights. Who cares, he's just a scumbag child rapist. Ther is no telling how many times he got aways with it at his catholic school.

  • @rebelnomo retard... what child was raped? this 'child' is some 18-19 year old actor that works for dateline.

  • @killzone2000 The charge would be intent to commit unlawful sexual acts with a minor... Of that they are guilty..

  • @justcary i know that! retard...

  • @justcary eglicious is proudly going around like a walking law book so its kinda hard not to miss what shit he got into

  • @haxxl1 I've never heard so much flip-flopping in one remark in my life. Let me help you: he's an adult who knew he had a problem, but refused to seek help because of his own vanity. He was presented with an opportunity to commit a crime; he was not coerced or entrapped. He voluntarily took that opportunity. He destroyed his own life. There is no reason whatsoever to feel sorry for this lying, manipulative piece of shit.

  • @elgilicious how do you know' he wasn't coerced by the decoy?? why are you so adamant on seeing this one particular guy suffer so much, there are child molesters and pedo's out there that should suffer god's wrath, from what we know from this guy yea he's a perv but not a dangerous one they will put him with people that might want to kill him, and for what! some online fantasy that could of been real but it wasn't so now he's got a 50/50 shot at getting out alive, use discretion

  • @haxxl1 He IS dangerous; that's the point you're missing. He admitted he lusts after minors, he maneuvered into a career where he's around minors all the time, he chats with minors on the internet, and he's a compulsive liar. THAT'S not dangerous? You're saying you'd let someone like him around your kids, siblings, etc.? Use common sense.

  • @elgilicious and that makes him dangerous?? of course it raises red flags and i would deffinettly watch him but to put him in jail with people who committed real crimes he didn't go over there and try to break in her home and assault her it was all over the net fantasy remember that it was a decoy, and i don't accept there lust for young children but what i was saying is look at the person not the crime people can't differentiate the difference between violent and non violent perp's

  • @haxxl1 Wrong. Soliciting a minor is a real crime. If you let him off the hook, he'll just keep trying until he successfully "scores." The fact that he was talking to a decoy is irrelevant; obviously they can't use real minors. Finally, he was busted for exposing himself to another detective/decoy, so he has a history of this behavior.

  • @elgilicious and no i would not leave him with my siblings but obviously he must have some self control because he has no prior convictions of sexually abusing kids, this society just looks at what people do and they follow procedures like sheep, what he has is curable if you look for god he can cure anything if you have faith, im not defending his actions but the flesh is weak and when you got decoy making your sinful desires easier what can you do. stop acting like robots ......

  • @haxxl1 I find it ironic that a person who worships a god can accuse other people of acting like robots. Maybe you should think for yourself instead of blindly following an imaginary friend and a fairy tale book. Furthermore, Ruthertard's condition is not curable any more than homosexuality is curable. Sexual preference is too deeply ingrained to be changed. He's a criminal who, fortunately, was thwarted. You're the one who needs to think if you can't see what harm the cops prevented.

  • @elgilicious You're so right, this dude's "condition" (like it's cancer or something lol) can never be cured, just like being gay. He should be locked up and never let out, because as you said, he can't change. I totally agree with you on these sick fucks. And also about all the religious nutbags tryin to call anyone else a robot.

  • @rebelnomo he can change. He just can't change what he likes. He can remain being physically attracted to young girls but he doesn't have to try and have sex with them. Its probally easier for a guy who likes children and adults because then they can go with the legit option to minimize their other urge.

  • @xtremeone4 No shit Sherlock. That's exactly what I was sayin. Fuck.

  • how retarded are these cops?

  • @waterman1976 They're pretty slow, but getting imprisoned for soliciting a minor for sex makes Rutherford the biggest retard in the room.

  • @waterman1976 These cops are extremely retarded and use white ghetto grammar - it's like an extremely bad cliche unfolding with the wood paneled walls and all. These cops are definitely voting for Rick Santorum. Pedoman is voting for Rick Santorum too because anybody that homophobic is raping little boys.

  • Bottom line: His wife left him because he was online looking for girls of all ages, he contacted this 13 y/o looking for revenge sex against his wife and was caught. According to the PJ website he was actually reported to have been grooming one of his students according to her mother. This story on To Catch A Predator just shows how a wrong decision can mess up your entire life.

  • I am a child and I find this very disturbing.

  • that people actually feel sorry for this guy,

worries the crap out of me.

do i have to hit you over the head with the truth.?

boohoo ,prison is too harsh for him.

yeah tell that to your kids when this man has his large dick in them.

    jeez.

he is a freak that want to f... little kids..

you dont feel sorry for people who destroy lives and dont give a shit about yours.

  • This guy is full of shit. "I don't remember saying that". Yeah right dickhead hope you rot.

  • lol I feel bad for the poor bastard that has his old Cell Phone # hahaha

  • 6th grade!?!?!?! ooooooooooo your fucked buddy!

  • Just because you're a cop doesn't mean you're educated, cops are pretty blue collar, and all you need to become one is a ged or high school diploma.

  • They're all monsters and they deserve humiliation and pain, but why would they say a word to Hanson or the cops without a lawyer present.

  • Wow I'm surprised they didn't censor alot of this personal information.

  • @fallofthefleshgod I'm pretty sure it's all public record once they're arrested

  • Cop is hilarious. "Mailbank?" "Manville?"

  • So i guess im not bad for thinking my teacher is a pedo....

  • Phuk this pedo piece off

  • I think the law should use discretion when they do this unless they have a history of rape and child molestation they should be dealt with accordingly. but these guys just have a fetish for liking young girls. i am not condoning it but i don't think prison is the answer.for some of these men,.

  • @haxxl1 A history of rape and child molestation starts with one instance. Let them off the hook now, and they'll just develop that history.

  • @elgilicious Yep.

  • @ 6:34 -- Get a fucking lawyer stupid!

  • @elgilicious regardless i don't think prison is the answer especially if they did not commit the crime. they need to develop another system. now if this guy goes to prison he can end up dying in there. most of these guys would be beyond victims in prison. some of these guys are really not bad..they just have bad fetishes

  • @haxxl1 They did commit a crime: attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Once again, if you let them off the hook, they'll just try again. They separate the sex predators b/c the hardened criminals will all try to kill them, so don't worry about your sweet prince, here. Treatment is bullshit, too; that's like trying to cure someone of being gay. We like what we like, and talking to a therapist for an hour every week won't change a thing. People respond to punishment, not hugs.

  • @elgilicious people like what they like yes. But a man thats into young girls shouldn't be punished for what he likes. He needs to be able to control his urges and just remain celebate, if he can't, then commence punishment.

Or he can just move to the phillipines.

  • @xtremeone4 I didn't say he should be punished for what he likes; he should be punished for acting an urge that's harmful and illegal because treatment is bullshit. Ruthertard kept asking for help because he knows he can just talk his way out of it.

  • @elgilicious

You seem like a sadist or a type of person who enjoys watching other people suffer. This guy fucked up majorly, but you seem to lack any sort of empathy and revel in their misery. They do need punishment and some sort of rehabilitation, but people like you with a holier than thou attitude are fucking pricks.

  • @hash1212121212 i know... sometimes there are times in your life when you fuck up and you are ignorant to the fact of what you are doing. i believe how you act really determines what happens to you if you get arrested but this show crucifies them right off the bat it isnt even 24 hours and their already charged and appear before a judge.

  • @hash1212121212 I lack empathy for child sex predators because I've never committed a crime in my life, and I likely never will. I revel in their misery because they're deplorable people. They tell lies to try and get out of trouble so they can go back to committing crimes. Watching a sociopathic lowlife like him dig his own grave is hilarious.

  • @elgilicious your a fag.

  • @haxxl1 lmao they SHOWED UP. as if they would not have sex with the minor?

  • @haxxl1 if i could choose the rules, he would loose his balls with a dull knife.

    he's happy he got prison.

  • @haxxl1 Wow - you're really trying to rationalize this. That's sad. Say Chris Hansen wasn't in that house and the girl really was. What then? You're okay with it, true or false?

  • @haxxl1 [1] The problem most of these guys have deals with deep psycho-sexual issues rooted in psychopathy. The word "fetish" is tricky here because these guys have internal issues that have more to do with psychological compulsion than physical sexual gratification. Most mental health professionals believe that by the time someone has elevated to this level, they have already faced decades of unreverseable, untreated psychopathic downfall. These guys do not and will never feel empathy.

  • @haxxl1 [2] The only option for most of these guys is to make sure they never re-offend. This is why, even after prison, strict restrictions are placed on the individual to ensure they won't become a danger to anyone again. They are usually not allowed to live near children or have access to the internet. In 99% of all child molesters, given the opportunity, they WILL offend again. They can't help it.

  • @haxxl1 Exactly, its not right but still prison is a bit harsh.

  • @haxxl1 if that's the case then all rapists and predators can get off too no pun intended they shouldn't be arrested either i guess then it just so happened they got caught they could have got away and continued with this pedo crap. Everyone has their start killers, rapists, robbers if they don't learn their lesson they might as well keep on doing it, this is something major fetish or not wrong is wrong.

  • yo im feelin sum identity theft, anyone else? Lol

  • I dont like these guys, but I dont like cops either.

  • LEAVE SETH GREEN ALONE!!

  • well he now lives - 23299 BRIGHTWOOD DR LAWRENCEBURG, IN.

  • Dude if I ever get interrogated, I will negotiate since I have the right to remain silent. "Okay I will talk if you remove the cuffs. I'll tell you that if you grab me some chips. lol."

  • I'm a thief and watching these guys make me feel good about myself.

  • Rutherford lives here now...

    23299 BRIGHTWOOD DR

    LAWRENCEBURG, IN 47025

  • @DeathKnightKiller cool story

  • XD in tennessee the state exam at the end of the year is cald the TCAP!!!

  • apparrently they dont have spelling and listening comprehensive classes in the police academy in ohio

  • @thagingerbreadman I think they were checking to see if he was lying because it wasnt the address on his ID and he claimed he moved to a new address.

  • @FreshNapp that is also true

  • Maybe this teacher can teach these half-illiterate cops to read and spell. They can't get his address right to save their lives.

  • Charlie Brown needs to forget the Little Red-Haired Girl. As a grown-up, he should stay home & *WuuHHwuh-wu-wu WuUHH*

  • Look at that fat chicken gobbling sack of dogshit in the green hat. If I was being watched by some pedo cop Id want this blubber laden dipshit to be watching me. Id go for a high speed stroll and leave that out of shape disgraceful degenerate cop in my dust. LOL I wonder how many bribes that fatty cop has taken in its life.

  • @699backstab you've got a point, my dead gran could outrun this blob, cops that get fat should get fired as they are not productive.

  • @sfxrules In the words of Jadakiss from the "Made You Look" remix: "out of shape, but I keep my gun healthy." No cop will bother to chase you down; he'll just unload a clip into you and say you attacked him.

  • If he had just worn a priest collar he would not have had all of this trouble.

  • he looks like a child himself!

  • @tommy1973able Where I live, children don't have eye bags and receding hairlines.

  • @elgilicious i mean his bodylanguage and the way his eyes look!

  • @tommy1973able What kind of dumb ass comment is that? What child has 5 o'clock shadow and looks like he is nearly 30?

  • @RideTheSolarWinds once again people only see the surface!look at his eyes and bodylanguage!wtf?if this is what supposed to be adult,no wonder children are US PRESIDENT!GO PLAY WITH YOUR FIRST SONY!

  • @tommy1973able What the hell you on about? His eyes and body language clearly show his guilt and dishonesty. About as far from childlike as it gets.

  • dude has his whole interrogation up for the world to see....brutal.

  • Exactly lance..I heard Alex Jones mentioning that it was many police departments' policy to hire cops with 85 IQs..I guess they do that so they can just follow orders blindly. If I was being arrested by them I would be scared at first because nothing about them seems official. They're all wearing plain clothes and they take him away in a plain car to some sort of unknown building. They really look like vigilantes. Did that cross anyone else's mind?

  • @pmattoon

    >Alex Jones

  • Nevermind they ventured out into public therefore they have no reasonable expectation of privacy :D

  • Can someone answer me a question?

I always thought that tv shows had to ask before they could put someones image on Television, since I doubt any of the people on this show consented how were they able to put their faces unblurred

  • Are those remote control handcuffs in the beginning?

  • Rutherford= educated man. Cops here= idiots.

  • @lancetop

So being educated gives him the right to be a pedo? Fuck off.

  • A 6th grade teacher !!): this just screams "

Please kill him " someone !!!! How long would it have been before he started raping this kids ... I would kill this man if I saw him face to face I don't believe he has a right ti breath our air

  • this is just painful

  • YOU WANTED A GOOD TIME NOW YOU WILL HAVE ON IN JAIL..AND YOU CAN TEACH ALL YOU WANT IN THERE..SICK PIG..a private school teacher you better say you prayers now..

  • YOU WANTED A GOOD TIME NOW YOU WILL HAVE ON IN JAIL..AND YOU CAN TEACH ALL YOU WANT IN THERE..SICK PIG..

  • All the cops have to say is that he wouldn't be speaking to them or wouldn't have talked to Chris Hansen if he didn't cross some sort of legal boundary. That's it.

  • The interrogation should have stopped at 6:23, when he asked for an attorney.

  • @josefkesselring He didn't ask for an attorney; he asked whether he should have an attorney. If I go to a restaurant and ask "should I have a burger?" the waiter will give me a recommendation, not a burger. It's basic reading comprehension.

  • @elgilicious I see. I thought he had said "could I have a lawyer", which would have been different. But you are right.

  • @elgilicious

True, but semantics. But say: I am invoking my fifth amendment right. Give me my lawyer now. Then say nothing. They beat you, then they beat you.

  • @FranklinCarrollIV Semantics is important.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @elgilicious ARE they?

  • @trkCloud Semantics IS the study of meaning. Thanks for playing. You'll receive a lovely parting gift.

  • @FranklinCarrollIV

You have to clearly and expressly request an attorney present before any questioning is stopped, it's perfectly legal what the law enforcement did and not just semantics, he was given his rights while being arrested and how he could use those rights. If you watch all the videos, he did not expressly asked for an attorney until the end of the interview, AFTER the questioning was complete, at which point the officers told him when and how he would obtain one.

  • @josefkesselring I am not sure since I am not a lawyer but it seemed that he asked if he should have a lawyer and the Cop said something like that's not up to me or something. If he had said i'd like a lawyer then the Cop would have had to stop but unlesss he invoked the right (and I don't think that he did) then the cop was well within his rights to go on talking.

  • @Tallahassee35 He could've used that to basically not have been convicted. If that did happen. When does it happen?

  • @tsb049 It doesn't. He asks "should I have my lawyer?" This is not a request for a lawyer.

  • Now I'm pissed off at that cop too! Dumb, Fucking, donut-eating douchebag!

  • "whats your address?.....ok.........whats your address?........mmmmm ok.........whats your address?" (repeat x100) fucking idiots

  • GOD IT'S FUCKING MILLBANK ASSHOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

  • its funny how they ask him to repeat his address over and over again. I can't figure out if it's an interrogation tactic or if the cops are just stupid.

  • Hahaha... 3:39 I'm sure he wanted to say "FOR GODSSAKE HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU MY ADDRESS YOU DIPSHITS!@!!"

  • How the FUCK many times are they going to ask him to repeat his address AND the spelling!!!! MILLBANK ROAD you fucking MORONS!!!!!

Oh, and James is a creep.

  • i wonder how many prank calls that number has gotten

  • HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA THIS IS FUCKING GREAT.

  • 4:1o has anyone caled him? i kinda want to... lol

  • shut the f up and ask for a lawyer....duh

  • He looks like a chimp @ 2:35

  • He's not just a guy its Chris Hansen smuck>3333

  • lol this thing is the length of a movie

  • These policemen are s - l - o - w........

  • eh, I know many of these guys had bad intentions but I feel like exposing them on television is a bit too much. Pay for your crime, but to be on television just makes it worse... I think an arrest should be somewhat private

  • @austinmk I think they should do a reality show that revolves around the lives of child sex predators in prison. It would be called "Pedobears Behind Bars." Every video confession would consist of the kiddie fiddler detailing how many death threats or ass poundings he received that day or a hardened criminal explaining how he plans on killing the child molester. That's what I think about their privacy.

  • @elgilicious

"a hardened criminal explaining how he plans on killing the child molester"

Can't quite see where a hardened criminal thinks they have the moral authority to do such a thing, but, hey...

  • @mymentor You're stupid to think that criminals answer to a moral authority, because they don't; that's kind of what makes them criminals.

  • @austinmk i feel the same way. arrest shouldnt be all public and on tv like this. i think, if they were part of a show like this, then they get some kind of compensation from the show. not, like, a lesser jail sentence, but maybe some money.

  • @MrDerby2u You want them to basically get PAID for trying to molest a kid? Are you insane??? You do realize if they were PAID then every pedophile in the WORLD would go out and try to molest a kid with the hope that it's To Catch a Predator and they will be paid to be on the show. You don't get REWARDED for trying to rape a kid. You get humiliated and you deserve it!

  • @Mysterycat74 i know it sounds weird... well, terrible... but hear me out on this one...

if a company used your face as their logo, and you didnt get any kind of anything for it, what would u want to do?

  • @MrDerby2u News reporters have freedom of the press; they can show your face in their broadcasts and articles w/o your permission. What you're talking about is a commercial use of an image or likeness w/o permission; the appropriate response there would be to sue b/c freedom of the press wouldn't apply.

  • @elgilicious ok let me rephrase it...

they should have the option, and right, of keeping their faces burry.

    remember, innocent until proven guilty.

  • @MrDerby2u Nobody has the right to avoid embarrassment. These guys brought the embarrassment onto themselves; it's not like Chris Hansen followed these guys around and caught them getting out of the shower. Furthermore, these guys have no privacy rights in another person's house. They really have no grounds to hide their identities.

  • @austinmk if you get to the point where you drive all the way across a state to have sex with a kid... I think you've had a bit too much privacy!

  • @austinmk I know u said this two months ago but i wanted to respond. There is a tool that criminologists have come up with with to prevent crime called "deterrence". This show is supposed to deter people from violating a specific crime as well as deter the individual who committed the crime so he doesn't do it again. Even though you see that most of these guys know the punishment is severe, the pleasure they can get out weights the consequences.

  • @austinmk Not to mention that they filmed and released this video, which includes his address and complete social security number...

  • "Millmack?... Fairfield? ... Manville?

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • We told the guys don't mess with our girls, or else 0:35

  • according to the national sex offender registry he lives in michigan and works out of his house selling cosmetics.

  • I hope the first cop taking his information is about to retire. I'd hate to call local 911 and have him try to find my house.

  • I know everyone is bashing the cops, but I wonder if they aren't doing it on purpose? Ask him the same questions different way, by different cops, and 'mess up' things to see if he correctly answers the same thing everytime.

Maybe it's just to see if he's lying?

  • @2:31 he's like rolling his eyes at the camera because the cop is such a fucking dumbass 3rd grade eduation redneck retard.

  • To the guy that "disliked" the video:

Why don't you have a seat over here?

  • @mattsnow81 it was probably rutherford himself

  • @tqsuited Bwhahaha! Yes, he probably has access to a computer between 2 ass-rapes in jail lol.

  • did anybody else call his cell number ? xD some bitch answered... hahaha

  • @Jaahhk im doing it now!! lol

  • @TheNasamonkey LOL! xD we just hung up... i bet she gets tons of calls/hangups and she's like "wtf?"

  • Under US Supreme Court law, an equivocal invocation of constitutional rights is not sufficient. He has to explicitly invoke his rights by requesting counsel.

  • Outtakes! This is like an early Christmas! Thanks for posting this stuff, keep it coming.

  • FIrst off, i dont like this fuckin pedo, and wish pain and suffering on him. Having said that, during interrogation, he asks "what am i being charged with". The cop says, it is basically contingent on how you answer the questions. Shouldnt he be told of the charges right off?? I dont quite understand that

  • @apostlewoody Cops don't have to tell you what the charges are; they feed info to the prosecutor, who brings the charges.

  • @elgilicious understood, and makes perfect sense. I really hate this fuckin guy. thanks for the explaination

  • @elgilicious You have a right to know what you are being accused of, but not the exact charges. In this clear it's pretty clear what he is being accused of.

  • @SilkroadBot2 Right, another way to put it. I'm sure most of the time the cops themselves don't know what the charges are anyway.

  • i mean comon whats not tempting about a small ass little kid i mean babies are hot as hell right? there are some sick fucks in the world

  • cop says "when you was arrested"got to love redneck white t shirt wearing illiterate cops!!!!!

  • @lillium223 blacks love white Ts too. I dare you to find me someone who doesn't.

  • @yeahsomuch83 i never said black i said redneck not all rednecks are white you know why does everyone try to bring race into it when i didnt even bring up skin color! also i think a cop wearing nothing but a white t shirt and jeans is very unprofessional.

  • @lillium223 These videos don't show the cops in a very good light, regardless of their attire. Many of them just don't come across as well spoken or, "on the ball."

  • I am thoroughly impressed at how long it took those two officers to comprehend something as simple as his address... which he spelled out for them numerous times. The two of them seemed to struggle quite a bit.

  • @mojoxrisin they re doing it so the viewers better memorize his adress and phone number
