The recipe is sound, the baking time was extended because the ceramic ramekins take longer to heat up than the muffin pan in the original recipe. Also I only had jumbo eggs which made the batter a little too wet, but they tasted great so the experiment was a success, going to run them at work in the fall...Geo

if you put water in the pan along wit the ceramic bowls it will cut cooking time
