It kind of gets you into a good and positive mood, doesn't it? I got the Abbey Road album as a six year old in 1969, and I still remember the VERY special impression each and every song gave me right from the first hearing, and this one has always been so great to enjoy because of the fact that it's a wonderful song beautifully performed and so respectfully and brilliant arranged and produced. Rich, warm and full of life ...OK, I'll stop now!!

what is the difference between stereo and mono?

In mono the signal is blended into an amalgam and put through all speakers equally. In stereo the different tracks containing instruments or vocals are separate and can be heard as if you were in a room with the various instruments spread across the room, you will hear the bass guitar more on say the left, lead on the right & vocals centered. Stereo is a more "real" experience.

easy way to remember is mono = one. All the sound is played through one channel whereas in a sterophonic system, it is distributed through two. You can can hear the difference, especially when listening with headphones. :)
