Most bodybuilders shave their heads nowadays coz it makes their bodies look bigger also when u have longish hair, in competition, the sweat makes you r hair look bad so almost every bodybuilder shaves his head nowadays.

@TheShale187 I've always like Jay and he has really improved the last 2 years...My favorite though is Dennis Wolf, Dexter Jackson and Phil Heath..Also Ronny Rockel...Bodybuilders who are shredded and proportioned and can still keep a tiny waist...Even Jay sometimes can get a little to wide in the waist but he is doing better keeping it down
