my shiba is 5 months and very well socialized becuz i take him out almost everyday. only problem he has are with cats becuz i don't know anyone with a cat, so i can't properly socialize him with one. he saw his first cats the other day at a pet store and they hissed at him, so his reaction was to bark at em; after we walked away, he could've cared less about em... otherwise, he plays with all kinds of dogs, from chihuahuas to mastiffs. =)
i have a shiba and she hates, Hates, HATES! other dogs...i wish i could do something like that with her...she's named Foxey Girl...she looks sooooooooo much like a fox!
I have two and they love us and each other, but really dislike other dogs very much. They ignore strangers who come over, but really hate other animals in general. I imagine that we didn't socialize them with other dogs when they were little.
You gotta love Shiba's, they have such funny personalities. If I hadn't named mine "Wasabi", I woulda called him "Tough Guy", as he thinks he's 400lbs and breathes fire.....but in such a loveable way.
These 2 are just playing. Although, some other breeds don't "get" how Shibas play. Normally, to show teeth, means aggression and other dogs can react to that. Shibas just have to be different! Other Shibas do "get" it though :)
i am wondering about this i would love o bring my shiba there. i think he would love it maybe you could tell me about it and i am sure kendo would love to go.

My pet moose eats only the finest lichen. Peanuts upset his stomach. The last time I gave him peanuts, I ended up having to hose down my igloo floor. Not fun!
"Canada is a country directly bordering your own."
From the structure of the sentence, you can infer the meaning "Canada is a country directly bordering your country." Arizona is your state, not your country. Your country is the United States, and Canada does indeed share a border with it. Have you learned in school about the geography and history and culture of countries other than your own?
Canada is a country directly bordering your own. It has provinces and territories instead of states. Ontario is a province. Toronto and Edmonton are cities. Are you talking about moose? Unicorns? Maybe a hitherto unknown variety of Canadian giant eland?
Toronto's in southern Ontario (Canada). I live in Edmonton, and it's easily possible to get snow until about the beginning of June, with snow starting again in September/October. Toronto's not much warmer.
Not too worry, it was all in play. The Shiba at the end of the leash went along with it all fine, and that Golden loves playing with the Shibas too :)
i had a dog for 5 years best dog in the world! got her as a pound puppy. She was killed by a car last Xmas. Everyone loved how she looked and how sweet she was! she was a sheba inu and I never knew it all along.
I wish I could meet you and Sushi. I can't wait till I get my shiba Kyon so I can bring him here to the meet ups too.

Nice vid. My Shibas would not have behaved so well. I noticed some of them dragging a leash which is a good idea even in a dog park.

There were a lot of Shibas that day! Yes, some owners left the leash attached "just in case", but no one needed to use them, thanksfully! - Bonnie
