The Sony one has the best quality between all three camera's. The Flip comes in second. Personally I'd stray away from using an iPod/iPhone camera for videos (I have an iPhone 4, and I don't like using it for videos because once you zoom it just becomes "blurry").
The only problem I see with the Sony is that you hear the actual camera zooming in and out and the color looks a little "blue" compared to the flip. The flip has the same problem as the iPod with zooming.
In my opinion, you should use your ipod touch for vlog. And let Faralee use your Flip Ultra HD for her segment, which is gonna be awesome :p ..
I bet you already knew iJustine, she often uses her iphone front camera for vlog that is not really good quality. For me, it is ok to use your ipod touch for vlog, besides you always use and carry it with you :)
The Cybershot is better. High capacity SD cards are cheap. Over the holidays, I bought a SanDisk 16GB SD card for around $28. I'm sure PNY makes them cheaper.
If you're holding the camera at arm's length and talking, I'm pretty sure no one's going to ask if you need help taking your picture.
Flip wins in every category except zoom, then it's the Sony.

sony. it has better quality and it uses optical zoom. but the others, they use shitty "make the video smaller" zoom.
