I think the movie as in storywise would have been better without Ajith because im 100% Venkat Prabhu has changed the script to suit ajith but acting wise ajith was great
Nice Review. I am an Ajith fan and I felt the same.Anjali, Bahath were waste. The song between Anjali and vaibhav is boring. But, the SI character was superb choice. "Suppu" (Brother of Arya in Boss) should have been included for more scenes. He does good comedy than Premji ,especially his expressions in the climax was awesome..
Trisha does not fit the character. Should have tried Asin.

Good review... the drawbacks you mentioned are 100% right and Ajith-Arjun done a grt performance in this movie.... But Yuvan RR is fantastic especially for Ajith's Onscreen presence and Bike stunts....
From my prepective, your review is average, not upto the critics.
One example of justitying akash aravind character. Thala & Arjun uses akash to get trustworthy into Chettiar network. Thrish ofcourse thala uses to get into chettiar network. He also saves Akash to get more trushtworthy. This is the angle the story is plot. I dont know how u missed this or something else is missing or atleast this is how i am seeing it as. Cheers bro

Your review is spot on mate. If v take Ajith out of the movie it is a total crap. Such is his performance. Had VP concentrated more on the script rather than having scenes for premji,arvind and his customary artists it would hav been a roller coaster ride for everyone. Vaibav is exception. He has done good.
Nevertheless AJITH fans like me can watch it 'n' times just because of thala's performance. Sema mass in movie. Glad that VP has done atleast that in 50th movie.

Part of your Review was true but most of them looked like.. you were predetermined to pull the film value down.. you said from the start that its like any other theif police story.. it is not so.. the good point you said about the film were are the minor good points.. you forgot to mention the class of direction and cinematography and storyline.. One person who I thought should be mentioned is the acting of Vaibhav. Wow..from the roles we have seen him playing...he is a really good actor in my books from this movie. I have never been a diehard Ajith fan, but this movie and him as an actor has really impressed me. In my opinion, only Venkat Prabhu as a director has the talent to make a movie like this, and he should be well appreciated. I seen signs of this in Goa for that last scene on the cruise ship. Keep up the good work!
If the gang did not chase Ajith for the money, then there would have been a fault in the script. Who would have chased him..Jayaprakash. You mentioned there is a lot of nonlogic in the script..for ex. the magnet on the truck. Ok..I agree I also saw this in the movie. Aside from this, what else did not make any sense to you, because I could not see any. I thought this new style of film making is really pushing tamil cinema forward.

Many of your criticisms I can definately refute, and there are many aspects of the film that you forgot to mention. You said arvind akash was an unnessary role. He was necessary because he was shown as the head of the Chedi's gang.If he wasn't there, then I would have definately accused Venkat Prabhu.

Your review is spot on mate. If v take Ajith out of the movie it is a total crap. Such is his performance. Had VP concentrated more on the script rather than having scenes for premji,arvind and his customary artists it would hav been a roller coaster ride for everyone. Vaibav is exception. He has done good.
Nevertheless AJITH fans like me can watch it 'n' times just because of thala's performance. Sema mass in movie. Glad that VP has done atleast that in 50th movie.

Bro.. You forgot to mention about Cinematography, Editing and CG... I really loved the way the film is edited.... a different editing.. Praveen's editing is different from Antony and V.T vijayan... THis film's another greatest strength is editing and cinematography.... :)

Afta watched the movie,this is EXACTLY what i shared to my frends which is not watch the movie yet!!!!Good job by Ajith n Vekat. The mve will b more entertain n fast if they slim down the movie to 2hrs, deleting some scenes afta interval which makes the pace of the movie goin down.Overall watchable mve- From VJ fans.

Part of your Review was true but most of them looked like.. you were predetermined to pull the film value down.. you said from the start that its like any other theif police story.. it is not so.. the good point you said about the film were are the minor good points.. you forgot to mention the class of direction and cinematography and storyline.. One person who I thought should be mentioned is the acting of Vaibhav. Wow..from the roles we have seen him playing...he is a really good actor in my books from this movie. I have never been a diehard Ajith fan, but this movie and him as an actor has really impressed me. In my opinion, only Venkat Prabhu as a director has the talent to make a movie like this, and he should be well appreciated. I seen signs of this in Goa for that last scene on the cruise ship. Keep up the good work!

If the gang did not chase Ajith for the money, then there would have been a fault in the script. Who would have chased him..Jayaprakash. You mentioned there is a lot of nonlogic in the script..for ex. the magnet on the truck. Ok..I agree I also saw this in the movie. Aside from this, what else did not make any sense to you, because I could not see any. I thought this new style of film making is really pushing tamil cinema forward.

I have been following your reviews for the last year and have watched all of them. I really like most of the reviews that you have posted, but I must say this one I did not like. Many of your criticisms I can definately refute, and there are many aspects of the film that you forgot to mention. You said arvind akash was an unnessary role. He was necessary because he was shown as the head of the Chedi's gang.If he wasn't there, then I would have definately accused Venkat Prabhu.
