thats right,you could tell easily that was a multiple vortex tornado. those are dangerous because one of those dancing funnels can sneak up on you real fast. but i agree,i just keep waiting for that day when i tuen on the weather channel and hear that some idiot wanna be chaser or experienced storm chaser has been killed.it will happen,just a matter of time.

I come from Woodward Oklahoma and moved to Iowa in 1988 anyone remember what happened in 89 I think it was LOL. Up here in the North everyone screams tornado when the sky gets dark and starts pouring rain and the wind starts blowin, as a natural born ALLEY resident I know that when the wind just stops and you can see 2 different direction of rotation is when you get to worrying let alone the trailer parks up here dont have storm cellars , when yo from the south yo know what a tornado eats scary

implode would be if somehow a vacuum was created inside the car and windows inploded inward.

@bobo007xx I agree that the debris may have played a roll however the car was in the center of the tube and all the windows went at the same time. The front passenger window stayed in tacked which was left open slightly. The rest were closed. I did not capture on video that moment 7 sec of ducking while the camera was off. There was no debris hitting the car at the time they went it was just massive wind shutter until the glass became debris. The tube is a low pressure void.

It's things like these that make me worry about storm chasing in the future. Someday someone is going to get killed and legislation will pass laws limiting chasing. I know you guys were with Jim Leonard who has tons of experience but still.....it concerns me is all. Thank you.

1. If you don't what town you are in (Enid) you don't need to be chasing. 2. This day lives could have been lost because idiot bandwagon storm chasers who've watched a certain show on discovery think they are cowboys and go out chasing.

Civilians caused so many traffic jams this day that real chasers and emergency personal couldn't get through. I saw entire families parked out watching the May 10th storms, families of 4 or 5 including children that were toddlers standing on the side of the road (as their cars barked lanes) Stupid and dangerous for your life and the lives of others. It takes training and skill to be a storm chaser, please everyone else stay home and watch it on TV.
