LOL! I was coming home from the casinos (I live here in Las Vegas, NV) and I saw a late-model Mustang with the sequential taillights similar to what's on this Vette.  I THINK this setup should be alright in Nevada and California. Thanks!

Hey radioflyer, I have a C4 with LED tail and third brake light. Can you do that for mine? I have a couple of videos on here that show them real well so you can see what kind I have.
