I can do it too, I'm from Valencia and my mother taught to me how to cook it. And actually, the double L pronunciates as Y of YOU, so it's like PAEYA. we watch it on tele. Imaginge 51 yo and 16 yo daughter both getting the same jokes and loving the show.

Me daughter fell off the couch laughing at the "wind blown water" ingredient in another episode.

I am not sure if they are taking a stab at the organic movement at times or just the pretentious cooking shows. Its probably both.

OMG! Loved this, especially if u know the background of the actors. All 3 actors have voiced 'The Doctor' on "Doctor Who" audios. David Tennant even lived with Arabella Weir for 5 years when he first moved to London (not romantically). They met on the set of "Takin' Over the Asylum". He's even godfather to her son. He shows up again in episode 8 "Comfort Food" as Jose-Luis & Piers.
