How to play Maplestory on an Xbox controller part 2

The problem for me is that MapleStory recognizes my Xbox controller and makes me choose the joypad settings for it... do you know how i can change that?

it works fine on my desktop but when i try to use it in maplestory it doesnt work

try adjusting the compatibility to Win XP SP3. Works fine with me

i got all this but i am using a madcatz black wired controller but i cant move my character ingame without using my keyboard, using windows 7 but that shouldnt mean it wont work should it

ive done this twice its awsome i play zombie assult with it but i cant play maple story for some reason it wnt let me ca nu send me a message wat is rone is it patched or somthing

i set everything up but once i get to the login screen on maplestory i cant do anything, the same thing happens wen i use joytokey can any1 help ? =(
