Guess they could be planning to pay down the debt to China and who knows - they don't care, they'd sell there mother for a nickel! When my neigbors lost their home about 1 year ago, I picked up newspapers and trash that would accumulate around the property, it really doesnt take that much effort and it helps keep up the appearance of the neighborhood.

I talked to a lot of different people when I lived there and believe me IT IS NOT SAFE! if an uprising happens, whether its in socal or not, it will eventually make it there. Socal is a powder keg. There was a story out recently about a fellow who took care of an old ladys property while she was alive as a neighborly jesture. She passed away 6 years ago and they couldn't find any relatives to pass her property off to. Since he was the one who took care of the property while they searched for family members it was determined that this man would receive the property since he maintained it over the years. I see the same pattern happing in Australia to a lesser degree & most people are still convinced that the recovery has started, regardless of the fact that more people are slowly loosing homes. I have a friend who lost 3 investment property's . I asked him how much money he sunk into them over the past 6 years. If he had put the same money into Gold & Silver, he would now be able to buy 2 houses outright. The banksters our not interested in community's, they are corporate chums & swindlers.
