The interpetation of Titanis with mobile hands is erroneous and based on an idea suggested by a single scientist after he pondered the unusual joint structure of the forearms. As it happens, precisely the same structures occur in Titanis' living relative, the Seriema.
And it has been determined that the most recent fossil of Titanis was about 3 million years old, not 15,000.
this was done with the original game's parts except for the eyes which are from creepy & cute.
I would suggest getting both expansions

Titanis is cool, though it might look better if you modeled it after seriema birds, which are living relatives of titanis.

Not 3 million, new data, suggest they became extinct in the Pleistocene, around 2 million years ago.

Terror Bird arms normally were either stiffend , stubby wings, or somethign with only 1 claw on each limb.
