Don't be so narrow-minded! This is a recruiting video. It is supposed to provide a tour of the Arkansas IE Department while providing a little entertainment. The entire movie (script, rehearsals, filming, and editing) was completed within 48 hours. If that's not efficient, I don't know what is. And speaking of wasting time, what are you doing on You Tube?
