Also, your filter is too small for your return grille. Be sure to use the properly sized filter for the return grille. In your case, not all of the air going through the system is being filtered. Also, spraying coil cleaner on the evaporator coil, even if it is a non-rinse cleaner, is not the best way to go. If at all possible, rinse the coil. It will flush out more dirt and debris form the coil. Other than thank, pretty good job.
Let me point out a few things here. Good video for the most part, but here are some tips: When turning off the power, pull the plug out, and set it on top of the disconnect box, close the box, and the clean, leave the plug out. some disconnect boxes have the power on no matter how the plug is turned. Also, the fan in split system condenser needs to be removed and the coils washed from the inside out. This will remove all the dirt and trash from the coil.
Have you seen the product Mighty Pump? It is great for clearing condensate drain lines.
