years ago when I was in college my first semester was hot as hell. I slept with a fan every night. By the time winter came around I needed the sound of the fan to lull me to sleep.

Later the fan ended up breaking and I went aorund my dorm like a crack head begging anyone to borrow a fan.

The same thing happened with my college roommate and I. Our room was so unbearably hot that we ran a fan at night all thorugh the year. When I went home for winter break, I unearthed a box fan from our storage room and kept it on at night. My family thought I was nuts until I explained that I needed the white noise to sleep! XD

when I was a kid we always needed the fan on since in the country I grew up in it was hot during every single day of the year and we couldn't afford anything fancy like an air conditioner... so this is like a lullaby to me, I find it hard to sleep whenever there isn't a fan noise... so even though I live in the US now and during winter its extremely cold, I still turn on the fan just because i need to hear the noise... a lot of people think im a weirdo because of this :P

Ever since one real hot summer in college I havent been able to sleep without the sound of a fan. Not easy when you get in a relationship with someone who likes total silence.

I just put this in its own playlist so it would run on a loop that way you can listen to it all night long.
