  • Okay hoffentlich hast du nichts gegen ein bischen Kritik:

    1. deine Körperspannung ist ... nun ja, nicht gut, sieht man beim Rudern, dass dein Körper mitschwankt

    2. dein Stand ist viel!!! zu breit

    3. Dein Timing, aber das haben die anderen ja auch schon gesagt

    4. Du nimmst grundsätzlich in jedem Track (besonders Bizeps) viel zu viel Gewicht, hey, es ist das Training deiner Teilnehmer, NICHT deins!

    5. Du hast keine Power im Unterkörper, siehe Clean and Press und Squats.

    6. Deadlift zu tief

  • Hej :) Gruß in den Tauraus.. war das dein erst-assessment ? Großartige Ausstrahlung, aber irgendwas stimmt mit dem Tempo glaub ich zu Anfang nicht.. :) Das mit den Knien sehe ich auch so... - aber ich bin eh nur Attacker und versteh davon nischt :-)

  • hi my name is angella, i am sooooooooo happy i am able to see body pump. I am happy. But its gonna be a struggle, i put on so much weight, my knees hurt, back and my cordination and posture is so week. I will promised my self not to increase my weights until i know i am ready to up grade. |I do not have a step to do the floor , tricepts. Do i necessary have to have one? Thamks again i am soooo happy. love you

  • you don't necessarily need a step for anything sans the triceps dips which can be just as easily made on a chair or something (just watch out that you don't hurt yourself)

    Chest and triceps with the bar can be done on the ground with a mat underneath. Just control your movement so that you arms don't crash into the ground. Have fun ^^

  • im looking at a new workout regime, i do 3 days of weights 1 day of cardio and im going to do 1 day of boy pump using your videos :)

    they look interesting.

    i usually curl 15KG per arm, 35KG per bar so im going to go with 10 and see how i do. for your Bicep workour, ill try 7.5KG for the tricep workout, 15 for the chest, 15-20 for the back and 15 for squats and see how i do. if its too much im not afraid to drop down, its more about the form than anything.

  • Okay lots of things wrong here. His head is sticking up therefore his spine isn't in neutral alignment his knees are bent, they suppose to be soft, he won't engage his glutes or hamstrings like this. He forgot to only move half way down the thigh at first. He is moving too fast. He rolls his shoulders every time he comes up, they should be set with tension in between the shoulder blades....no need to re-set with shoulder roll every time! How did he get certified?

    Thanks for the heads up tho. I'm having my shoulders fixed behind by now, still wobbly on the knees tho ._.

    I was quite a bit fast, but I also was nervous. Usually I escape cameras, but now I had to face one ^^

    My timing's usually a whole lot better.
