At the moment we have pc users with earbuds ( because they asked a favour from someone to use their mac ) we don't know who's actually in favour of macs. We just have people using earbuds cause they're new and only fill the misc slot. Pc's deserve an item to tell them apart from macs.

Valve are gods at proper advertising... They're porting a very popular game to the competition brand. Many fanboys are loyal to the PC, and can potentially piss them off (you only need to see the reaction to FFXIII on 360 to see that).
