Heh! Thanks for the comments. Seems like a long time ago now. I need to get back there! Hermanus is just such a nice place - I loved seeing the whales in the bay. Amsterdam is a world apart! ;-)
Thanks for the comment. What's wrong with the speedbar? The school I learnt with thought it was alright. I'm still very much a beginner so I've got a long way to go! :-)
Check inside of your harness for 2 roller bearings to route your speedbar through. Almost directly below your carabiners. When you push on your bar it should pull the attachments on your A risers straight down not out forward at a 45 degree angle.
Hi. I see what you mean now. I went flying last weekend and my new harness (not in that video) has the pulley and line correctly configured. It looks much cleaner. Thanks for the good advice!

Next time try Table Mountain to Camps Bay . Youll have a great 3000ft thermal to ride on. Great stuff mate , keep it up.
