@troybrownrigg........You really don't understand how the mortgage process works, do you? The so called "LENDERS" knew during the loan process that most of these mortgages should not have been written! Most mortgages are fraudulent! Here's information to anyone who's in or close to foreclosure, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOME! Challenge everything your mortgage company attempts to do. They are expecting you to do nothing! Go after them, more likely than not, your mortgage company has committed fraud!
I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people - thomas jefferson
Use the number on the back of your corporate social security card which leads to your strawman redemption account from the interest they owe you (since you turned 18) for starting a corporation when you were born using your private name and assigning a bond value to that and trading your private name on the public stock market. See you have the right dot com (no spaces)
Right now my mortgage is current, I have never missed or even had 1 late payment since I bought my home in 1983. But I can't continue to make these payments. I really thought that having an excellent payment history, credit scores over 775,and being a good customer for 30+ yrs. that WELLS FARGO would help me with a refinance. But after 2 yrs. and over 100 telephone calls to W.F. trying for a HAMP or in house modification, I found that WELLS has no intention of offering any type of assistance.
As of our Jan 1 2012 payment which we can not make, we will be on the road to becoming another of the enormous statistics of people losing their homes. My husband was forced out of his job by an accident the company caused and I am disabled. Obama, I am sorry I ever hoped you'd win. What a joke!
currently in foreclosure, applied for the HAMP 4 times, was denied 3 times, then was approved @ the same payment with 10k added to the principle, so I refused....not sure what to do now.
@Sassymarkrep keep me posted.....i do hope you are able to keep your word and repay the loan you took......but more importantly that you get to KEEP YOUR HOME
@ikantspelkrap What about the people who aren't choosing vices that lost their jobs through no fault of their own and can't pay their mortgage? I lost my job 3 years ago and though it has been a struggle, my mortgage has been paid on-time every month with the little money I do earn now, while still looking for a better paying job. I've tried to sell but no one will list it. I owe more than what its worth, even with putting 20% down. BTW, the same company just let 30+ people go to save money.
@Sassymarkrep you still over extended yourself....why is that SOME ONE ELSE S FAULT.... just because you ARE doing the right thing....doesn't mean some one else should be FORCED to bail you out.....i to have not had a job in 3 years.....NO ONE OWES ME A JOB.....i work for myself now...quit my union and doing much better.....you hang in there keep doing the right thing...all will eventually work out....and if it don't....don't blame others....but i feel you will end up OK
@ikantspelkrap Thanks. I know things will get better and not really looking for a bail-out, just answers. I totally agree. The mortgage was actually was cheaper than my rent so I didn't consider that overextending since at the time I purchased, I was making much more than what I make now. I would love to work for myself but really don't know where to start. Wanted to go into real estate years ago, kinda glad I didn't now.
@Sassymarkrep you were not looking at the big picture.......had you made you payments bigger than your rent....you might not be under water now...had you gotten a smaller house and huge payments it might be paid off now......like mine..........i did go into real estate.....i now get good deals on repossessed homes
@ikantspelkrap Never looked at it like that but most of Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs have lost their value. Some more than others so I'd still be underwater here. I don't know. I'm still drawn to real estate so maybe one day.
@ikantspelkrap - My mom had a credit card company tell her they went up on rates because people were not paying their bills and they had to get the money from somewhere. She's never been late, never over her limit. That's them using customers as bail-outs and that's so wrong. Best of luck to you. What kind of work are you in?
@Sassymarkrep i have 3 credit cards now...i have no idea what my interest rate is....i do earn 1% rewards points on my main one..[put $5k on it this month...get $50 in credit].......don't know what my interest rate is....i have NEVER paid interest on a credit card..................some people like my X SHOULD NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD
@ikantspelkrap I agree some people do not need a credit card. My main card earns points too so I usually cash them in for giftcards for my kids. You seem like a decent person. Usually the people who interact thru these comments are horribly mean.
@Sassymarkrep ...anonimity of the internet makes it easy to be mean.......to those that cheat and game the system i am .''horribly mean''.....even violent in person to an out right theif........i have helped 6 families rent a home with out a depisit........4 took advantage of my good nature and cursed me when the sheriff removed them for not paying the rent they AGGREED to pay.........i have probly lost over $15k in forgiven debt/rent for TRUE hardship cases
@ikantspelkrap I also have a few rentals ...you have to do a back ground check .I go to the place they are moving from and see if they are neat and proper people..They will all smile and tell you what you want to hear so don't be a sucker..I have the greatest tenets I could ask for..Good folks out there looking for a place to live like white people..Do your home work.
To those that of you that created this mess, you destroyed the wealth created in many retirement accounts. Your parents, brothers or sisters may never retire because of this widespread fraud game of flip this house. The idea so many Donald trumps were born at one time is remarkable. This crisis is only starting BAC is up 96% on foreclosing this month, FNM/ FRE foreclosed homes to be sold to GS for pennies on the dollar. Their is on light at the end of the tunnel, even the train won't run soon!
Nobody forced anyone to buy a home. It's ok until those epople couldn't flip this house. Adjustible rate just adjust people out of their homes. Interest rates were at low levels and only a fixed rate should have every been used! Banks should have always required 25% down no ifs ans or butts. To all those that helped create the mess you cost the entire country to fall into bankruptcy. Last month BAC forclosed on a record amount of homes, after Fanny/ freddie sale the inventories off it's a bust.
@theresarichardinc - 299.000 $ they are selling it yes , Giving people Huge adjustable rate mortgage loans knowing KNOWING it will be impossible to pay it off , and now they are kicking people out. WHAT is going on ???
But it is not the people who are at fault, Morgage firms like CONTRYWIDE giving away money like it was toilet paper.
@madcyborg How about the lenders not lend to people who can't afford it? They run the numbers and know they can get all the money until the buyer can't make the payments any longer then they get the property back. Win-win for the bank, lose-lose for the trusting homebuyer.
@Impex7 People can't spell, they can't do math either. No problem sign hear. Adjustable rate ninja loan complete ready for sale as MBS's to Iceland. Moody rated AAA. Or it's a CDO with traunches Level one the owners can pay for a couple of years / Level two they can pay as long as they work overtime and neither one of them loose a job. And level three Borrows lied like hell on income and they better be able to flip it quickly. As Mr. Tan Man said we'll never loose money their value always go up.
@troybrownrigg,most people haven't missed a house payment. But that doesn't help the people who have! What you're saying is that you don't care if your mortgage company is screwing you over! Because if all things were fair and legal, after 20 years of payments your home should have been paid for by now.......
@Impex7 The agreement between me and my mortgage company is fair, They have not made any mistakes. I didn't go for any funny financing ideas. 30 year fixed just like my parents had, and thiers before them. I put 30% down 100k plus. to make my payments affordable. I know people that outright lied on income put zero down and got loans up to 400k. These types of liar loans collapsed the system. These people who made or bought a home loan they could not afford have destroyed the US totally.
@troybrownrigg , You are totally uninformed on how mortgages work! The people who collapsed the system are the corrupt banking system. They intentionally sold homes to people who couldn't afford them, knowing they would default on the loans. The entire process is a SCAM! Sell a risky mortgage, collect on the insurance when it defaults. Some mortgages were insured for as much as ten times the actual amount, why? To be continued.....
@Impex7 I know exactly how it worked, Country wide made all these loans to house flippers, the following day made a mortgage back security or CDO sold them around the world before any of the flippers had a chance to default. Moodies rated every one of them AAA. MR. Tan Man made millions. Some home owners made money selling to flippers. Others just too stupid to relize Average Joe worker could only afford about $800.00 per month at Max. The flippers flaw was who could afford all these 500k homes?
@troybrownrigg , Okay, if you know all of this, why blame the homeowner? This situation was like waving raw meat in front of a hungry lion! Everyone talks about the American Dream and home ownership being a major part of that dream! You have these slick con men telling you that you can live your dream and here's how it's done! Most people, sensing they might not ever get this opportunity again, jumped at the chance to own their dream, a home of their own! Didn't have a clue about the SCAM!
@Impex7 I blame the lenders for nor requiring the STANDARD 20 % down. This created the entire mess of house flipping Donald Trump Awantabee's. The Flippers never thought that their isn't enough Doctors or Lawyers to purchase all these 250k plus homes! It has become perfectly clear the Average Joe is limited to the 80k range home. Most Average Joe workers are only worth about $12.00 per hour ar tops. Most companies can not make a profit at above these levels. Goverment workers are overpaid
@troybrownrigg , Okay, if you know all of this, why blame the homeowner? This situation was like waving raw meat in front of a hungry lion! @Impex7 I can almost say that there were more flippers then real home buyers. Commen sense with the banks doing credit and income check, along with requiring 25% down, and this would have never gotten this far out of controll. Even dead people were able to get loans. The greed of the buters playing Donald Trump was a laugh. I know people who got 400k loan only making 60k a year at most. There idea was to flip it ASAP, Foreclosed within a year!
@Impex7 Had Bush not removed the capitol gains taxes on them! It might have slowed this issue down or at least punished the flipper from just walking away. When the bank take an average of 100k loss, that is a 100k profit for the flipper about 33k in taxes. There may not be any banks willing to ever make another home loan again in America.Banks have laid off over 250k, homebuilders millions. The train reaction has totally collapsed the economic system. Bush tripled the nation debt.
@troybrownrigg , Okay, if you know all of this, why blame the homeowner? This situation was like waving raw meat in front of a hungry lion! @troybrownrigg......The credit default swaps are not even the beginning of the SCAM. The SCAM starts from the time bank or mortgage company gets involved in the home ownership process. The minute a buyer signs that Promissory Note, not knowing it's a negotiable instrument and what the bank will do with it, he's being taken to the cleaners! The bank is supposed to make sure a potential buyer understands the contents of the contract being signed. Otherwise, it's fraud and the contract is invalid!
@Impex7 In some states there is a no recoarse law on realestate simply put,the Mortgage company can only take back the property. Arizona and Nevada both have this. With a flat rate at thirty years and a required 25% down. this crisis would have have never been. I do blame a Anyone who purchase an overpriced home, or with the intent of flipping it! The US Has started the next great depression. My thought is now that unemployment could reach 50%foreclosures 60%as aresult of property taxes to come!
@Impex7 In the last great depression some of the largest privately owned ranches in Arizona were lost due to the fact no one could pay property taxes on them. There wasn't alot in Arizona in that time period. This great depression will be alot worst then the last. This time the dollar will become totally worthless.
@troybrownrigg, I understand your point. But I'm not talking about investors and speculators who were trying to make a quick buck! I'm talking about hard working men and women being SCAMMED out of their money and homes so a group of greedy people can make huge profits! And what makes it so bad is that everything their doing is blatantly illegal and the system looks the other way! The entire banking system needs to be revamped! I'm asking any and everyone with the means to go after their bank..

@troybrownrigg...../mortgage company and expose them! It's time for people to wake up and learn how this system really works! We are literally slaves to the system and you know what, some of the slaves like it that way!
The US has pasted the point of no return: Simplely put the national debt is @ 140% of GNP. No country has ever been able to recover from these levels. This Debt and no manufacting base will lead us into the next great depression. There isn't a light at the end of the tunnel ,because the trains won't run either! Just a matter of time before the world currentcy is not the dollar, and we end up kind of like Germany post WWII. Dollars used for fire wood or toys for children to play with.
Continued.......The homeowner defaults, the banks collects on the insurance, then buys the foreclosed home at auction, sells it again, then starts the entire process all over again! Oh yeah, they also collect from the FDIC! Nice upstanding citizens, right?
bank of america Ld faudulent.... Modification Application turn out to be a Short Sale Request form...They brided supprem court judges and controlled them....we can do notthing except suffers....Protest against Washington....like Egyptians did for their country...Too much corruptions in this country with legal paper...Obama stand up for people of Rich like bank CEOs
"Should you stop paying your mortgage & remain in your home ?"
Sounds great! WTF? I think I'll stop making car payments and keep my car, sounds good, I will also stop pay the electric bill and they wont shut me off, nah, I stop paying my credit card and keep using it. What a joke

We were just sent the trial payment plan with no guarantees from the bank. Two days later they sent us the short sale info and basically said with the due dates overlapping, pick one, a trial payment or a short sale. The house used to be worth 600,000.00 and we owe 540,000.00 - the real estate broker listed my property for 299,000.00. Why can't I stay in my house and have that mortgage? It sucks waiting but I'm staying here until they throw me out.
@theresarichardinc .......... truth / God taught us never to be afraid. We do not need to live in fear of these lifeless, lieing, criminal bankers, modern day robber barons. Call, hire, or just talk to a lawyer, and find out your rights, and how much time you can stay in your home. The more ilnformation you have, the easier and better the decision you will make and you will be more peaceful going thru whatever tribulation comes. This will buy you time to make a good plan.
@dennismassa No. My answer is no. To all of it. No more lawyers. No more courts. No more signatures. No more banks. My answer is respond with violence, because your life, depends on it. It is survival mode now America. The culprits JP MORGAN, the ROTHCHILDS, ROCKAFELLERS of the world, will escape, because you will not fight. STOP signing. STOP agreeing by your signature this is right. STOP PAYING THE BANK, and FIGHT. STOP GIVING THE BANK THE RIGHT TO OWN YOU.
yes, I agree, jews do control america, they are greedy, selfish and most of all dishonest. They really believe that they are above everyone else and are due everything, they make me sick...
government and banks are criminals and terrorists. It really is time to wake and come together and help each other out. And shame on those that work for the system that's taking away people homes and freedom. Everyone has the right to a roof over their heads Who are they to say otherwise? The time has come.
Thanks for this video. We are seeing just corrupt the mortgage bankers are and that they will get to any length to push a foreclosure through i.e. "ROBO signers". It's interest that though blatant fraud is being committed the Feds are not saying that the banks have committed fraud.
Bankers "Experts" like Geitner, Benacky, Paulson, AIG, Goldmen Sacks etc... who have taken the wealth from American must go to Jail.
They stole most of the wealth from the American People and this great country of ours? Nationalize all the Gas Companies and roll back the prices. One Dollar for a gallon of gas with half going to finding real way to extend gas mileage. Nationalize the Electric companies, same thing here. Wake up America Polititions are robing us everyday and selling us
My husband and I did nothing wrong, infact we bought a home for $150,000 in 2002We live in South Eastern Michigan. We paid our mortgage every month, in July 2009 our mortgage company TB&W was taken over by the feds. Our mortgage was handed over to Bank of America we were told this would be better. Then in three months our payment doubled, 6 different excuses we had to let our home go a lawyer told us we had no chance against BoA. We both work, and were told that was one of the problems.

the politicians and the bankers are in bed with one another, the thing that needs to be done is a mortgage boycott meaning nobody pays their mortgage its going to take all homeowners everywhere to get this accomplished. enough is enough!
Well done video. Too bad our government leaders have set us up to fail as a society and as a nation. The best thing we can do is pray and try to stay informed.
same situation....get an attorney..to much corruption in the paper system and mers...fight these jags. F@#k Chase and all the other banks.. They make way more on foreclosing then modification. thanks to the bailout to AIG and big banks. The Gov allowed this because all there buds (big banks ) were making huge money...and now with the biggest financial heist in American history they have hedged there bets and made money on the bailouts. For the people by the people.nope. For the Gov. by big bus.
When I was 13 me and my family's home got foreclosed. ='( Since then life has been such a struggle. Social/ Physically. Im 15 now. Im at public library...
The government doesn't care this was their plan to destroy the dollar, create the sub-prime crisis watch the dollar fall and usher in the new proposed currency "The Amero" Wake up! It's all about breaking the world's currencies down into segments and eventually creating a one world central bank and government. Everything is just a careful orchestrated plan to keep you guessing and confused to what's really going on. Enjoy the ride!
@johncrosetto well said my friend. I know the dollar's soon goin to be wall paper. I thought that a positive alternative would be to invest in Gold but after deeper thought, I realized that like paper money, Gold is only of value as long as people think it is, because frankly it has no use. You can't eat it, drink it, keep warm with it, etc. Because of this I fear that when the true collapse occurs gold will be worthless. Who would trade food, drink, power, etc. for gold in a time of scarcity?
@kornegay99 as time has passed through the ages there has always been a currency, yes the goldprice can fall in nominal terms, literrally loose all its gained papervalue, but after some time after such a happening gold, silver, lands and physical goods will be the most preferred currency.
One with big lands of food, he has to trade it for something. Paper or gold?
One with skilled handwork needs to trade his service for something? Paper, gold or food?

@ikantspelkrap I agree some people do not need a credit card. My main card earns points too so I usually cash them in for giftcards for my kids. You seem like a decent person. Usually the people who interact thru these comments are horribly mean.

Their is on light at the end of the tunnel, even the train won't run soon!
troybrownrigg 5 months ago
Nobody forced anyone to buy a home. It's ok until those epople couldn't flip this house. Adjustible rate just adjust people out of their homes. Interest rates were at low levels and only a fixed rate should have every been used! Banks should have always required 25% down no ifs ans or butts. To all those that helped create the mess you cost the entire country to fall into bankruptcy. Last month BAC forclosed on a record amount of homes, after Fanny/ freddie sale the inventories off it's a bust.

@Impex7 Can't see either legally blind! thanks, but I haven't missed a house paymnet in twenty years!
troybrownrigg 5 months ago
@troybrownrigg,most people haven't missed a house payment. But that doesn't help the people who have! What you're saying is that you don't care if your mortgage company is screwing you over! Because if all things were fair and legal, after 20 years of payments your home should have been paid for by now.......
Impex7 5 months ago
@Impex7 The agreement between me and my mortgage company is fair, They have not made any mistakes. I didn't go for any funny financing ideas. 30 year fixed just like my parents had, and thiers before them. I put 30% down 100k plus. to make my payments affordable. I know people that outright lied on income put zero down and got loans up to 400k. These types of liar loans collapsed the system. These people who made or bought a home loan they could not afford have destroyed the US totally.
troybrownrigg 5 months ago
@troybrownrigg , You are totally uninformed on how mortgages work! The people who collapsed the system are the corrupt banking system. They intentionally sold homes to people who couldn't afford them, knowing they would default on the loans. The entire process is a SCAM! Sell a risky mortgage, collect on the insurance when it defaults. Some mortgages were insured for as much as ten times the actual amount, why? To be continued.....
Impex7 5 months ago
@Impex7 I know exactly how it worked, Country wide made all these loans to house flippers, the following day made a mortgage back security or CDO sold them around the world before any of the flippers had a chance to default. Moodies rated every one of them AAA. MR. Tan Man made millions. Some home owners made money selling to flippers. Others just too stupid to relize Average Joe worker could only afford about $800.00 per month at Max. The flippers flaw was who could afford all these 500k homes?
troybrownrigg 5 months ago
@troybrownrigg , Okay, if you know all of this, why blame the homeowner? This situation was like waving raw meat in front of a hungry lion! Everyone talks about the American Dream and home ownership being a major part of that dream! You have these slick con men telling you that you can live your dream and here's how it's done! Most people, sensing they might not ever get this opportunity again, jumped at the chance to own their dream, a home of their own! Didn't have a clue about the SCAM!
Impex7 5 months ago
@Impex7 I blame the lenders for nor requiring the STANDARD 20 % down. This created the entire mess of house flipping Donald Trump Awantabee's. The Flippers never thought that their isn't enough Doctors or Lawyers to purchase all these 250k plus homes! It has become perfectly clear the Average Joe is limited to the 80k range home. Most Average Joe workers are only worth about $12.00 per hour ar tops. Most companies can not make a profit at above these levels. Goverment workers are overpaid

There idea was to flip it ASAP, Foreclosed within a year!
troybrownrigg 5 months ago
@Impex7 Had Bush not removed the capitol gains taxes on them! It might have slowed this issue down or at least punished the flipper from just walking away. When the bank take an average of 100k loss, that is a 100k profit for the flipper about 33k in taxes. There may not be any banks willing to ever make another home loan again in America.Banks have laid off over 250k, homebuilders millions. The train reaction has totally collapsed the economic system. Bush tripled the nation debt.

@Impex7 had those same folks been turned down for the loan.....
.they would just be the victim of something else
some people are just born to be a victim
they agreed to repay the money they TOOK plus interest
someones money was LOANED to them....and the blew it on something they couldn't afford
sould they be allowed to keep this money
what is the SCAM here?????
ikantspelkrap 4 months ago
@troybrownrigg......The credit default swaps are not even the beginning of the SCAM. The SCAM starts from the time bank or mortgage company gets involved in the home ownership process. The minute a buyer signs that Promissory Note, not knowing it's a negotiable instrument and what the bank will do with it, he's being taken to the cleaners! The bank is supposed to make sure a potential buyer understands the contents of the contract being signed. Otherwise, it's fraud and the contract is invalid!
Impex7 5 months ago
@Impex7 In some states there is a no recoarse law on realestate simply put,the Mortgage company can only take back the property. Arizona and Nevada both have this. With a flat rate at thirty years and a required 25% down. this crisis would have have never been. I do blame a Anyone who purchase an overpriced home, or with the intent of flipping it! The US Has started the next great depression. My thought is now that unemployment could reach 50%foreclosures 60%as aresult of property taxes to come!
troybrownrigg 5 months ago

Enjoy the ride!
johncrosetto 2 years ago
@johncrosetto well said my friend. I know the dollar's soon goin to be wall paper. I thought that a positive alternative would be to invest in Gold but after deeper thought, I realized that like paper money, Gold is only of value as long as people think it is, because frankly it has no use. You can't eat it, drink it, keep warm with it, etc. Because of this I fear that when the true collapse occurs gold will be worthless. Who would trade food, drink, power, etc. for gold in a time of scarcity?
kornegay99 1 year ago
@kornegay99 as time has passed through the ages there has always been a currency, yes the goldprice can fall in nominal terms, literrally loose all its gained papervalue, but after some time after such a happening gold, silver, lands and physical goods will be the most preferred currency.
One with big lands of food, he has to trade it for something. Paper or gold?
One with skilled handwork needs to trade his service for something? Paper, gold or food?
Eventually gold will be the currency.
