the reason you think things are worth more than what they are is because of interest, the interest is there so the banks can make money when they give out loans which is how a bank gets payed, but the banks were giving out loans to people who couldnt afford to pay them back which puts them in debt. You can blame much of this current ecomonic crisis on the government telling banks to issue mortgages to sub prime market. In normal circumstances of the market the bank would never think of issuing these loans. Yet another example of how socialism and communism completely fail.
Yet it isn't socialism or communism, they are both about pooling money together into a pile, and distirbuting it out equally, though modern communism gives the largest amount to the government first, and then the people, but laws like the law of supply and demand, can push prices so high no one can afford to buy or sell.
Supply and demand? That usually only happens when a monopoly or an oligopoly controls a specific market segment. The beauty pf free markets is that someone else can come in and offer the same product or service at lower prices.
Another note that I find funny is the little thing called economies of scale which states that as you produce more of the same product the cost to produce goes down. This in turn drives the price down even if demand goes up. I suppose you're going to say scarcity will cause prices to go up and that is true but that would be a poor argument.
Yet that isn't what is happening, people are still charging more for the product than what it is sold for, that is causing the problem, I am not saying I don't know where the money goes, but that is part of where the debt comes from.

Getting out of debt can only be accomplished by living within your means. Rising prices hurt this and why are prices rising? It has a great deal to do with inflation.
The problem with the bubble was extending loans to sub prime market. They default and the bank loses money, the bank can't pay money to investors.
You clearly have no idea how this situation developed but it has a part of this is inflation caused by excessive injections of "liquidity" by the Federal Reserve. Purchasing toxic assets to free up credit markets which have no real savings to loan on isn't going to work.

the reason you think things are worth more than what they are is because of interest, the interest is there so the banks can make money when they give out loans which is how a bank gets payed, but the banks were giving out loans to people who couldnt afford to pay them back which puts them in debt. That is why we are in debt, if no one makes a "profit" off anything and then how are people suppose to spend money and if no money is spent the places go out of buisness and we have a recession.

Actually a lot of what he says is right. Credit expansion and monetary inflation "selling five cents for a dollar" create the false signal that there is more demand and savings than there actually are, leading to malinvestments that eventually go under, but we're still in debt for the 95 cents that was created out of nothing: "we're both in debt". You can blame much of this current ecomonic crisis on the government telling banks to issue mortgages to sub prime market. In normal circumstances of the market the bank would never think of issuing these loans. Yet another example of how socialism and communism completely fail.

Yet it isn't socialism or communism, they are both about pooling money together into a pile, and distirbuting it out equally, though modern communism gives the largest amount to the government first, and then the people, but laws like the law of supply and demand, can push prices so high no one can afford to buy or sell.

Another note that I find funny is the little thing called economies of scale which states that as you produce more of the same product the cost to produce goes down. This in turn drives the price down even if demand goes up. I suppose you're going to say scarcity will cause prices to go up and that is true but that would be a poor argument.

No they don't because they start out with a loan, unless you have money laying around that can help you start the business. With the prices on the rise only a stable economy with lower prices can help people to really get out of debt, and to lower interest rates.
Again a Countries value cannot exceed what it can produce, and if people are charging more for the product than the conumer can afford they lose business, and they go in default on their loans.

The problem with the bubble was extending loans to sub prime market. They default and the bank loses money, the bank can't pay money to investors.
You clearly have no idea how this situation developed but it has a part of this is inflation caused by excessive injections of "liquidity" by the Federal Reserve. Purchasing toxic assets to free up credit markets which have no real savings to loan on isn't going to work.
