I saw just minor difference, my tip is:

Turn Off the Physics of you have low Specs (like dual core)

Turn On the Physics if you have Quad Core + 9800gt (or above) + 4GB RAM

@thetrialshot well i get all the effects that physx gets, like the clothing physics, the dynamic smoke physics, the particle physics etc... i think they made the game so that you can use your processor to do the physx processing or somthing, either way its great for me haha.

you can see the difference by using your brain example the guy at 0:08 (PhysX off) prones while on PhysX on hes still standin and firing and the physX on have sharpnels while PhysX off dont have!!

@thetrialshot First of all he isnt in the prone position hes crouching, secondly it has nothing to do with the man crouching. To agree with your statement the guy in the physx ON vid should be crouching since hes being plastered by shrapnel not the other guy in the physx OFF video. Back to the initial statement i made, there is no difference between the physics being run by the processor or using a physx compatible video card. Same effects,(they just made it possible for CPU to calculate physx)

Another difference is the clothing. With Physxs off, it's nearly frozen, while on though it moves way more and has more details (like the splits in the long coats). Never noticed it before I heard about it first. Also, apparently this game Only uses the CPU for Physx, unless you have a multiple video cards.

The only difference between high and off is when you got high you see bullets when you shoot. Off you cant see. And its more realistic with the car explosions

@Vicce82 You can use physx. Your cpu wil calculate it(which seems quite a lot of work), so it might lag if you turn it on. There are some physics tweaks available(search for them on youtube) for more fps.

they should have used their time for making the game better, get some textures that are 2010 worthy, implement real ingame AA and improve the driving but nooooo they have to use a feature that only half the gamers have and of them only half can use cause even a gtx 480 gets fucked with apex@high.
