  • Awesome lift man. How old are you now?

  • Strong lift...looked easy..good form except I don't understand the concept of continuously leaning back...good way to tear your lower back....good job all the same

  • @thalockenessmonster It was not intentional. Look at my more recent videos thanks

  • Whatever the weight is man, I congratulate you on very good form. (save the hypertension at the top, but belts will let you do that.) The lift was spectacular and your release was gorgeous! Bravo. Work on that top though.

  • @maggitymagzmag

I deadlift completely different now. Check out my more recent videos.

  • good job bro and forget about all these haters they're just jealous...

  • 500lbs doesnt roll around like that on the floor. You don't have the muscle tone to hold 500lbs at the top of the lift like that, and you don't weigh enough to not be pulled down violently by 500lbs when you come down.

  • @BasedPipe

incorrect. if you look at my channel i have more lifting videos

  • @BasedPipe y u mad brah?

  • @BasedPipe Are you retarded?

  • @BasedPipe WTF are you talking about? It's clearly 500. And "muscle tone" (whatever that is) has nothing to do with 1-rep strength.

  • Holy Hyperextention dam hes gonna be injured in no time

  • @owen5454 did that 1 time for no real reason...thanks for your concern though

  • Be careful not to hyperextend at the top. You could injure a disc, just lock out your knees and hip.

    Props on the lift.

  • Super smooth. Maybe excessive layback at the top? But yeah, mad props, made that shiite look easy.

  • @Friday13thTaurus they are obvious, but not everyone follow them properly because they have a busy lifestyle + other reasons. And it results in overtraining and strength decrease. SERIOUSLY, WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?

  • @Friday13thTaurus Let me put it this way: all strong men go to the gym, but not all men who go to the gym are strong (because they lack the favourable genes, nutrition and sleep). As i said before, training IS the most important tool. I'm not neglecting training.

WHY DOESN'T YOUR STUPID LITTLE BRAIN GET IT?

and why are you bitchin'? Looking at all that emo blood crap on your profile, i think you are just depressed. SEEK HELP, KID.

  • @Friday13thTaurus i said i saw them at the gym; not at a poker game. TRAINING IS THE MOST OBVIOUS PART dumb dumb. Didn't think i would need to mention it separately

  • nice lift. dont hurt yourself moving around like that on lockout.

  • Just by watching this I pulled my groin!

  • Who are *

  • I see some skinny asian guys in my gym who is very strong. it's a result of good Genetics + proper nutrition and sleep i believe.

  • Sir, if that's really 500 pounds, I salute you!

  • @onLYbyMoon

    Look at my other videos

  • There's something fishy about this video...

  • @conan332 What's so fishy chief?

  • @conan332 I think the only fishy thing is your puss....solid lift OP

  • @invinvinvinv

yes.. he would carry soap with him to the gym floor. it makes him smell good during the lift. thats what matters man. gotta get the good hygiene. they say no pain no gain. wrong. its no soap no hope.

  • I was taught to start off lower, but maybe thats why I can only deadlift 300 right now. Good work dude!

  • super impressive

  • good fucking job bro respect!

  • @invinvinvinv lol its chalk....just the opposite...

  • clean

  • clean

  • great form and strength you dont look nearly as strong to be able to deadlift 500 so good but yet you are !

  • @muzimuzi

ha..im hovering at the 600 range now.

  • @Ju5tin whats ir your bodyweight atm? and got any tips? do u pull only with good form or sometimes u use rounded back and stuff?

  • @muzimuzi

I weigh 204lbs right now. As for form, I try to keep my form the same as much as possible. With that said, on a max effort attempt, upper back rounding is as far as I go when it comes to "bad form".

  • @Ju5tin it would be cooler to do that at a lower body mass. still awesome though.

  • @muzimuzi hypertrophy isnt the surest sign of strength. It just means you work out a certain way.

  • @limpbits Ya man i know that ,being only 160 and not having huge arms and curling lots of weight but i suck on deadlift realtivly so... i mean in my gym only the big guys who're over 240 deadlift 5 plates or more but i know that some insane small guys can deadlift 600 to 700 pound and even more thats hardcore

  • @muzimuzi yeah there are genetic outliers out there. there are dudes in the 136 pound weight class who can snatch and C& J 360 pounds+. i really prefer unilateral power exercises (like heavy bag kickboxing combos )instead of bilateral strength exercises like deadlifts and bench presses. its difficult to get rid of that strength discrepancy. people should try plyometrics and try to increase power to weight ratios instead of gaining weight. but whatever floats your boat. peace.

  • this guy is strong holy phuck

  • Great pull.

  • good job dude

  • fucking beast

  • Killer form bro, good negative as well, set it down nice and slow not throw it back down

  • @invinvinvinv chalk

  • Excellent lift bro.

  • GOOD LIFT DUDE!! KEEP IT UP

  • u suck

  • @tommieforsberg

    no u

  • I call Shenanigans you motherfaker!

  • theres no point of holding the weight when you have gotten it to the top just get there and go right back again

  • @boxingisbest perhaps grip strength. Normally I would agree though, i'd just put it right back down as soon as it was clear i locked.

  • Good form thus good lift

  • Nice one. I'm working on a 500 deadlift myself. I'm up to 465 right now.

  • @TilikumLive

    Make that 480.

  • thats horrible form actually..he doesnt know how to fire his glutes through at the top to lock out the lift.. check out elitefitnesssytems page.. look at their form and compare them to this..

  • seriously tho awesome form

  • converses??

  • im up to 490 lb so far ha ha

  • Nice. I'm up to 405, hope to make 450 by early 2010 @ 186 pound bodyweight.

  • first azn to ever dl

  • That was utterly perfect form. Props to you. Great job.

  • perfect form!text book form! GOODJOB!

  • i believe i was in the low 190's in that video

  • @Ju5tin

So do I. The outer plates is 10 kg (about 22 pounds)

    2*50+2*25+2*10+20=190 kg (about 422 pounds)

  • strong pull man..how much you weigh?

  • you mean in your dreams

  • i can do that in my sleep

  • looked easy! what are you squating now?

  • err i just grinded out a 405 squat last week for the first time. It's weird. my dead lift is so much better than my squat

  • lol same thing with me. huh

  • Your deadlift is supposed to be stronger than your squat, assuming that you're normal and injury-free

  • and ur total is under 2000 hehe

  • oops..

  • @Ju5tin very nice form! I have the same problem with the deadlift to squat ratio. Ive heard some ppl hamstrings can be at a mechanical advantage due to their bio mechanics of their body. Also my hamstrings are just naturally bigger than my quads. idk if that helps, but theres my two cents.
