Wow, that's great BKB! Thanks for posting this. I'm halfway into your book and really enjoying it. I'm amazed how subtle your forefoot strike is, I can see how without the slow-motion that it would look like a midfoot strike. Some of the pictures of forefoot striking "Kenyan Youth" (that appear in other sources) appear as a more pronounced drop but its helpful to know that one can eliminate the impact transient without that extreme a foot drop. Still much to learn but this helps, thanks!
There is no "Strike"... It's a gentle landing, or touch-down.
