Actually Collete is the only VA passed on from ToS1 to ToS2. Some of their voices in ToS2 sucks and were better off in ToS1 such as Regal, Raine, and those 2 are it. rest are actually good upgrades from the previous VAs

He is in this game. It's just a normal outfit he wears. This IS his normal outfit, but the other clothing is more like prisoner clothing or something.
