There is BILLIONS of videos on youtube they can't nit pick each and every one, the users is phenomenal. The servers are located in silicone valley that have many people who maintenance them, its so huge one man couldn't be liable for everything. All ceo's do is make final company decisions.

DOR i clicked on a video & gave it a 5 star rating ( as there wasn't any ratings on the video it stated ' 0 ' ) and automatically after i rating ( mine ) there was 7 ratings that popped up. I've said it before & i'll say it again, everything from ratings, views etc are FIXED! They want everyone confused Period! When you type in DebateCrusher in search, my channel come up below atheist videos. How is that?
