Making working smokers pay for healthcare of childern who parents possibly could of got healthcare at work. Bush was correct in VETO of the measure because cant just have smokers fund it. Expand healthcare need to abolish, medicare, medicaid, and take that money used spread out into private insurance market, and subsidize the lower income people who buy heatlhcare coverage.

In 2006 SCHIP serviced nearly 7,000,000 children with a budget of $5,000,000,000. The dumocrats, not satisfied with his proposed increas, want to increas this budget to $12,000,000,000.

Yet insuring everyone every year wouldn't even cost as much as a day does in Iraq.

du2vye, I'll tell you what's wrong with that. The SCHIP program would not fix the healthcare problem. And we spend about $300 million a day in Iraq.

How many people died unecessarily because they didn't have OR WANT healthcare. Yes, some people just don't want healthcare, so you have to factor them in, too. Compare that number to 1,005,500 (something like that).
