yeah, bennet is right. ECW is used primarily to breed new talent. When they become popular, they are taken to raw (usually). An example of this is CM Punk, who made a name for himself on ECW and is now off to raw. Another example is the up-and coming Kofi Kingston. Hope to see them prosper in this business

ECW didn't get the best superstars because its not used as a rival to smackdown or raw its used to develop new talent. thats why people like cm punk, kofi kingston, mike knox, evan bourne, atlas ortiz etc are all coming through ecw it replaced ovw as the wwe's main development brand. ECW won't die its bringing through new talent all the time, its smackdown's year their roster is awesome.. but bring back the cruiserweight title! jeff and kennedy need a feud for the title that wud be great:)
