Ahh i get it.. If you watch hes hand you see him shuffle the deck after ever time he choses a card. And the starting bit just do some simple shuffles and fake cuts but other then that NICE!

This is NOT fake. It is a magic trick and the principle is actually simple.

Again: This is not staged.

this is not about staging, each time he gets Brian to cut the deck, he shuffles it once, meaning hes planted the 2 top cards and the 2 bottom cards, its very easy to keep the bottom cards and the top cards in order when doing a shuffle that your "victim" isnt looking at, but "sees" out of the corner of his eye.

If some magicians like to get further into this: Keith Barry shows a variation of Andy Nyman's trick "The Hidden".

He uses the same principle but makes a somewhat different trick out of it. I use it myself and the reactions are incredible.
