what made you guys choose the nightster?

I was actually looking at softails when I saw the nightster. The more I gave it thought I didn't really need that big a bike and this was a little easier on the wallet. The rocker is pretty sharp looking though I will say.

hey nice video.. I just ordered mine today in black n green. Bit concerned about the mid controls though as im 5´11 tall.. and my knees felt a bit high. i havent driven it, so not sure. Whats your feedback on the mid controls? dealer said I can change it to forward controls before I get it delivered! thanks..D

I would definitely recommend it. I'm 6'0 and felt the same way about the mid controls. It's not a drastic difference but with the forwards I don't feel quite so cramped. Enjoy, it's an awesome bike!

Yes. I just put forward controls on mine about two weeks ago. It feels better with a little more leg room.

just bought the 08' nightster. the shop i purchased mine from has back orders on vance and hines pipes, so i ordered the baloney cut pythons. man, i hope it sounds like that.

Thanks. She definitely runs much smoother being able to wind the rpms up more and the response and quickness are a little better of the line.
