These GW restrictions are to make sure that no poor/middle class person ever again achieves a level of affluence that Al Gore & all the environmental elitist have. With these restrictions will keep everything stagnate with Al and his cronies on top flying their private jets and living the life styles of the rich and famous. The rest of us will have to live in homes of less than 900 square feet, a diet of 1000 calories per day & a 1 child family restriction enforced with Chinese zeal

The music is put you in a passive mellow state while the state regulates your utilities. They just put in a smart meter in my house. Soon we willl be limited rationed. You will then be colder in winter, warmer in summer. Restricted on the amount of fuel you can us comrade. Computer off! Businesses will leave the state. You will lose your job. I will be fine because I will cheat in inventive ways.Forced to do it before will do it again. I have no job and plenty of income so I will still be here.
Wonderful, but man has little to nothing to do with climate change. But these changes will make life in California more expensive, increasing taxes and costs to anyone in California.
