i wouldn't use these for my everyday speakers that's just stupid BUT here in New Zealand a beer company has started to add cardboard speakers to the box that holds the beer. so now you can pick u up a box head down to the beach and have a few drinks while playing sounds from your beer box using your iphone/ipod .... NOW thats a cool way to chill out.
im not convinced of the acoustic merits of cardboard. something more solid would improve the quality of the sound and make it worth buying. nice concept though. peace ;)
