@lamela423 It's the linear blur effect. On the first image, a little bit before the end, make a keyframe with NO blur and then a few steps over to the right, AT the end, make a keyframe with the linear blur (with the angle to your liking, but not so extreme, or else the person will look like he's completely disappeared LOL).

@lamela423 Then on the next image, the first keyframe of the linear blur effect should be the same as the last keyframe on the first image. Finally, a few steps over to the right (preferably the same amount as the space between the first image's two keyframes), make a keyframe that has NO blur at all.

AND TADAA, you've got it. Test it out a bit, so you can see and experiment.
