@jjslouis I have a more complicated setup than most users do. The data goes through multiple software to send it to multiple places. First of all, I use Virtual Vantage Pro to split the signal (on the computer) into 4. Then, through the different IP addresses in each software, Virtual VP sends the data there.
That clamp that came with mine is very poor and I could not get it to tighten properly and ended up breaking off so I will have to get some other clamp for it
Also were there 6 flat washers included for mounting to your roof?
@yamran In this video, it is. I haven't done a new video of it for a long time. Plus I bought a second one to put at our farm out in the country. As of now, this station looks totally different with the new additions and the higher pole. I will do a video of both of them sometime.
Awesome video! A little shaky but still great video. I have a WMR100. The hygrometer is shot, and everytime the humidity gets high the thermometer gets messed up. I want to upgrade to a Vantage Pro 2, or even a Vantage Vue. I have herd alot of great things about Davis stations. So hopefully soon I can upgrade.
@WXVortexTX27 Yes upgrade to the Vantage Pro 2 it is a very good station! I have this station uploading data with Virtual Weather Station and it uploads to Weather Underground, Weather For You, Weather Bug, and CWOP.
@andyt1424 I have my current weather is sending data to Wunderground, that then sends it to my website which is still being worked on. One thing I like about Virtual Weather Station is you can send data in rapid fire. So the stations sends data as it's recieved. My software program uses 1 minute intervals which is the fastest in can do. The software is a Source Forge program. One thing I don't like about Davis stations is you need Weather Link to work with a computer.
Ok... that looks really lopsided and really odd setup.

@yamran You just put one on top of the other because the end is smaller. No there were just screws.
