My second gen MB Model iPod touch is jailbroken because I only wanted full iOS 4 features but I ended up deleting files (pictures) on the homescreen. Like it lags on the 2G/3G 8GB iPod touch because iOS makes an icon shadow, text shadow, top gradient, bottom gradient, etc. If you want a lag-free screen, back up those files and delete them from the device. If you enable multitasking don't forget to change "-opengls-1-
