Well CCP said that it's going to come out before DUST does, which is going to be released in 2010. So I'm guessing maybe either the upcoming expansion, or the one next summer.

CCP makes 6 month expnsions for eve, Dominion is for December 1st this year and is for sovereignty. The next one in May/June next year will be Incarna (ambulation) and then Dust will arrive for tis time next year is my guess.
