Hey Paul, after you record your videos are they too big in size?

Cuz when i record a 6 or 7 minutes video, Its like 1GB.

You need some kind of video converter.

An average video on fraps records up to a 4gb limit in AVI format.

If you convert it to something like WMV you can reduce that to about 40-50 MB (Depending upon the frames, quality, resolution etc)

CannedLava's answer is good.

I edit my Fraps recordings in Windows Movie Maker afterwards, exporting them at a smaller size. Usually 25mb for a 10 minute video.
