Not a vegan at all, but gonna try it. Not black metal AT ALL either, but man, I love Your attitude. :P Even if some would call it weird! People tend to say I'm too retro for example... well, let it be, I'm proud of myself then. :) It's always nice to see an individual expressing her/himself (as long as it doesn't harm anyone of course ;)).

@esquibelle I personally have not. This is a fairly sweet, tangy and hot dish so you would need something to carry the sweetness. Agave? Palm sugar? The sushi is fucking great.

What a boss! Vegan food > everything else. I am going to come up with a raw vegan version of this utilizing mango, lemon, and celery juice for the sauce (sweet, tang, and salty) and put some crushed raw almonds on top and plenty of sprouts!

These dishes all look so good, and you make them sound awesome, but I'm not a huge fan of Asian style dishes like Pad Thai and The Tempura Asparagus. I want to try them but Im unsure about it, because I have very picky taste buds. Do you have any advice for me? Should I just go for it or try something that seems more like my taste? (I must admit the All Star Redneck Medly and Tofurkey looked damned good).

I've not had pad thai since becoming vegan some years back, but do you think the vegan version requires something analogous to the fish sauce, or is it just as well to leave it out?
