you can put a bolt into that second keychain you've made and then you'll have a nice paracord kubotan. you can find instructions on YT how to do that.
I think the best thing about this stuff, if you're wearing it when you are in the bush - you got 20 ft of paracord at your disposal. Great idea and it looks kind of cool.

Make a longer square knot key chain...paint it with 25/75 pva glue / water...let dry = a kubaton
