  • im 27 ive been lifting for over since i was 14 naturally and this year i decided to jump on the juice and not even i believe that i warmed up to 135 lbs 80 times

  • @rctriplefresh5 i use a program called videopad editor to make my vids now. its free. it does the voice overs. pretty good program. alex's version is 100% free, mine i have to keep reinstalling though

  • if you;re lifting for strength there is nothing wrong with longer breaks. i take 4-5 on my heavy sets. keep up the good work Rand.

  • nice work. i think you could of gotten 280 for a max on a pyramid work set for sure. that 270 seemed easy. -phil

  • @lambo5277 I was the spotter and I am like a ninja. That's how I changed clothes between sets. I actually ripped the ass out of those jeans doing bent rows so I had to change my clothes.
