I love this song. I am trying to find a specifc version of this song, but I can't it is an instrumental version that uses flutes and piccolos. It is played at a really fast tempo. After playing the song once, they then start to play it in a minor key. I remember hearing a bit on the radio and in resturants years ago. I know it is a long shot, but if anyone can help me out in finding this version of the song, it would be a great help.

You could try Mark Howard's version he does on the Irish Christmas album. I'm pretty sure its composed with flutes and piccolos, but I don't think it has a key change in it, so it might not be the one you are looking for. It's instrumental and has a faster tempo though. Just a thought.
