why do u cover the aileron with film?

Is there no problem by inserting the ailerons cause they are fitting exactly into the wing? I mean you add film to both sides and the aileron is fitting thight before that? So my question is, do you cut a small piece from one side before you attach the film? Thank you!

When you say "Power Switch" you're referring to the Electronic Speed Control ESC? I used Great Planes, Electrifly C-25 mini Brushed ESC with BEC.
